"The limousine was exactly what was contracted for, a 14 passenger Excursion. The vehicle was clean and appropriate for the required service. The driver was friendly and business like. He was on time and feed back from the passengers was that it was safe and comfortable ride. For a wedding the driver was a little under dressed -- I had expected a goat and tie, but he had a white shirt, buttoned up but no tie. The company was difficult to contact -- several phone calls to voice mail with no follow up. The company never initiated any contact to confirm the schedule the day before or the day of the event; I had to call them. I scheduled an opportunity to view the vehicle, drove about 30 miles from my home to their lot, and got stood up. The owner said he had to cover for another driver. That would have been ok if he had called me when it happened; again poor communication. They have very nice vehicles of different sizes, 4 - 14 passenger, and I would use Five Star again, but with"
