" Our experience with this service was surprisingly terrible. We found our price quote on limos.com, where Crystal Limousine came up as the lowest price for our group size for a four hour period with the tip included. I chose them based on this information.
When the driver made it to our first stop to pick up the bride, he urgently told me that "everything on your account has already been taken care of except you owe an 18% tip." He didn't even say hello to the bride or offer anyone congratulations. In fact, he was cold and callous throughout the day but that is beside the point. I told him that we paid the tip already because it was included in my original quote. He assured me that that was not how their company operated. At that point I didn't want it to interfere with our wedding day so I said I'd take care of him at the next stop and take the matter up with the owner at a later time. We got to our next stop and I offered a $105 check and he told me cash only (who carries cash on their wedding day when all of their expenses have been paid upfront, including the limo services?!). I told him we'd make it happen, so when we got to the church we had to borrow cash from other people to pay the driver.
When we got home from our honeymoon I reported the matter to the owner/operator of the company, Tom Reardon, having already verified that our quote from limos.com did in fact state that the tip was included, and the contract I signed when I met with Tom highlighted that the tip owed was $0.00. (The contract the driver pulled out on our wedding day was identical to this except that where it said TIP - $0.00, he had handwritten in $105). The owner said that they do not honor the prices on limos.com and that the $0 that was written on our contract verifying that was the tip was included in our quote was a "typo" by Tina, his secretary.
The bottom line is DO NOT SELECT THIS SERVICE ON THIS SITE BECAUSE IT IS THE LOWEST PRICE. Even if it comes up as the lowest price on here doesn't mean that they will honor it or not charge hidden costs on the day of your event. I promise that if you do not heed my warning it will happen to you, too."

"THIS IS JIM THE RESERVATIONS MANGER , AS TO GREG WE EXPLAIN THAT THE LIMOS.COM RATES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE , THE RATE WAS THE SAME BUT THE 18 % GRATUITY
WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE . AS PER THE CONTRACT THERE WAS A TYPO - ERROR ON HIS SHEET , THERE WAS NO GRATUITY AMOUNT POSTED , AND FOR THAT WE DO APOLOGIZE .
BUT THE FACT REMAINS THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED OF THE GRATUITY CHARGE
, BUT IT'S FUNNY HOW SOME PEOPLE WILL DISTORT THE FACTS TO MAKE A GREAT COMPANY LOOK BAD
HE SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY DUE TO AN ERROR ON THE CONTRACT ,
BUT TO GO AS FAR AS TRYING TO DISGRACE THE INTEGRITY OF THIS COMPANY OF 21 PLUS YEARS AND HAS EARNED THE 4 STAR RATING ON GOOGLE JUST BECAUSE HE PAYED THE GRATUITY ANYWAY , REALLY ?????????
