"20 minutes late to pick up. Had to call driver to see where he was. Driver never got out. Driver had GPS problems. Had to give directions. Rough ride in the bus. "

All of our chauffeurs should have working GPS systems. In addition, they are trained to pre map everything so they have a back up in instances like this. "Very good company, limo is fully equipped with televisions, drinks, and snacks. The driver (Frances) was very helful and friendly! She made sure that everything was going well and does her best to make things go as planned. The limo was VERY clean and VERY new, and of course, in a very excellent condition.
