"my driver Basir was excellent. Very personable and polite. However, problem for me I was told that a tip was included in my payment and the driver was expecting a tip. He even called his boss and was told you don't tip. So I gave a tip. I see where limos.com did charge for a tip. The drivers should be aware of this. Made me feel very uneasy "
