"Wrong size vehicle to pick up our party. Had to split and take a cab. This was after we reconfirmed the day before. As far as our ride, it was fine. Nothing special"

Limo Service Response: "Customer asked for the Toyota Highlander and got the same vehicle that asked for. They tried to put 6 passenger and lots of luggage, that car doesn't hold that many passengers and luggage. The day before Customer was contacted through limos.com operator and explained to him that doesn't take that load you have to take Limousine. What we heard back from Limos.com that they responded Toyota Highlander is OK for the ride and insist to stay with it. At airport they realized that the vehicle is too small and complained. WE PROVIDE WHAT CUSTMER ASKED FOR."

"Frank S was a great driver, limo was nice and clean. Picked us up early and got us to our destination on time. FABULOUS evening and lots of great pics to prove it!! ps. our limo didn't have mirrored ceilings which was such a BONUS, since all the inside pics turned out great (mirrors cause the flash to bounce all over: causing spots on the pics) "
