"There was a huge crack in the windshield, which is a safety hazard especially in motorway speeds. Made me wonder what else, less visible, might be wrong with the car.."
"There was a misunderstanding regarding the logistics. Apple travel said that a car would pick me up at the airport and that the driver would monitor and would aware of flight delays. There was a flight delay. I stood with a colleague while waiting for a Limo for 15 minutes at the Limo stand. I then called Apple travel and was 22 minutes on with them before the LImo arrived.
It was not made clear to me that I had to call the driver who actually was on property in order to get him to come to the Limo stand.
When I understood this, it became apparent it was an Apple + Limos.Com dispatch issue.
The driver was excellent and extremely courteous and apologetic over the misunderstanding."
