"Greetings, I am writing you today to express my sincere gratitude with your service on Mothers' Day, 2015. To begin with, our driver, Curtis was prompt - arriving at the scheduled pick-up time. He then courtesly opened the doors and allowed time for our young children to be seated in the limousine. The vehicle was clean, neat and even smelled great! Curtis was a skilled driver, carrying us directly to our destination. On the way home, my four year old son sat directly behind the partition and repeatedly asked question after question to Curtis. Curtis was very cool with this! Again, thanks for the awesome service."

"Recently, a few lucky students won a limousine ride with our principal. I was asked to make the transportation arrangements with another local company, who was willing to provide discounted services. However, after contacting the other company, I was turned off by their customer service and overwhelmed with contractual requirements. In a bind, I contacted Mark at Encore Limousine. Mark was courteous, generous and had a very straight-forward booking process. After booking with Encore, I was confident that our group was going to have a ride of a lifetime. I was right! Even though the limo was filled with youngsters, Encore did not lower the standards! The whole group was more than impressed with the limo, the driver and the wonderful assortment of cold beverages! A fabulous time was had by all. "I had a late in the day request 2 days before Chrsitmas when my duaghter's car broke down in rural MIchigan as she travelled home to KC. I called Encore and the attitude from the beginning of the call was "just let me know how I can help". I had to bother them several times as we struggled to determine whether they should take her to Madison, Chicago, or Milwaukee (because the weather was TERRIBLE and the airports were jammed). Encore picked her up quickly and just "made it happen". She was safe and we got to have her home for Christmas!"

"We rented Encore Limo for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. The group had a great time riding in style. My daughter kept it a surprise from her friends so the long black limo pulling into each driveway was quite a surprise. Our driver was knowledgeable about the area and was able to pick each of the girls up at their homes without missing a turn. He was on time and got the girls to their dinner on time for the reservations. The parents were all surprised and got plenty of photos. It left a lasting memory for my daughter, her friends and for us. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!"

"Amazing limo service! We live in Madison WI and needed a ride to the airport in Milwaukee. We used Encore for our honeymoon flight to Mexico and even though we had to leave at 4:00am, the limo was so upscale that it made our drive to the airport just as memorable as the honeymoon. On the return flight home our driver, Mark, met us early at the baggage claim, helped us carry all our luggage through the airport. There was no waiting of any kind and the limo was so comfortable me and new wife fell asleep soundly all the way home. Very high level of professionalism and customer service. You can even pay for your limo on site using Encore's credit card smartphone payment option. We are for sure using this service every time we have to fly out of town. Highly recommended!"

"Used Encore for my buddy's bachelor party in the Dells. We rented the SUV stretch limo for 9 guys for 7.5 hours on a sturday night and had a blast! Mark was great! Arrived right on time at our cabin, in exactly the vehicle I was expecting, and took us everywhere we wanted to go, and showed us a great time! Great competetive pricing and would highly recommend them for any large group looking to not have to designate a driver for a night on the town in the Dells. The SUV limo was super comfortable for 9 guys and very clean on arrival. Plenty of space for coolers and drinks without feeling cramped at all. The only recommendation I have for improvement would be to keep an auxillary input cable in the limo so folks can use their cell phones/MP3 players to play music. "
