"We rented a hummer limo from lasting impressions for our wedding. They went above and beyond any limo I've seen at weddings. It was the best part of our day, second to the wedding. They were on time to drop us off and on time to the reception. They even made the special trip into our field to get pictures on the bridge we have. Not to mention the driver, Laura, pulled out the red carpet everytime we got in and out. Wasn't expecting that. We even had a champagne toast before getting in the limo after the ceremony. It was the biggest and baddest of all limos and the owners personally showed us the limos before reserving them. The went over everything and had everything as stated. The driver they had was excellent. I would highly recommend Lasting Impressions for any event you have."

"I helped a friend book a limo company for their wedding and we were a little nervous with so many companies to choose from. Choosing Lasting Impressions was the best choice we ever could have made. "I used Lasting Impressions for my sister-in-laws bachelorette party & I must say that everything was absolutely perfect until we made it to our 1st destination and when we were ready to leave, we then couldn't get ahold of our driver & needless to say we never made it to destination #2 because of having to wait in the rain for an hour. When I got in contact with the owners at 1 in the morning, they were just as upset as I was. To say the least, the owners Ron & Kim went out of their way to make it up to us, even making multiple phone calls to make sure we were ok. So even because of our terrible driver, Richard, the owners did everything in their power to make it right & I will definitely use them again. Stuff happens & I'm definitely not holding it against them!!! Thanks guys! If you want someone with honesty, personality & reasonable prices definitely use Lasting Impressions!"

We follow all of the government regulations with drug & alcohol testing, background checking our drivers, inspecting our vehicles twice a year and carrying up to 5 million dollars in insurance. "Ron - Your records will show we used your service many times; at least 4-5 in the past 14 months & were completely satisfied. However this time we were very disappointed. I talked to you earlier in the day about the amount of luggage we had & you assured me no problem. However when the car arrived, the chauffeur was clearly upset by the luggage. He proceeded to overstuff the trunk & slammed & forced it closed which sprung the left side. My husband pointed out the sprung trunk & he reopened it & put 2 pieces of luggage inside with us. He was very aggrivated & made sure we were aware of his disgust. When I arrived in DisneyWorld & unpacked, I found that my pump bottle of body lotion had been cracked & leaked over my other items, which were ruined, due to him slamming the trunk. The whole situation was very uncomfortable & I wanted to make you aware of the problem. We were surprised & disappointed by this experience. It is not the service we have come to expect from Lasting Impressions."

I thoroughly informed her of the road construction on 295 and the baseball game taking place in downtown Baltimore. For some unknown reason she ignored me and took the route that I advised not to and we sat in traffic. Her appearance was awful; wearing worn, faded and wrinkled black khaki trousers."

My only complaint was that the minimum rental was for 3 hours, and I only needed it for 1 hour, so I feel that it wasn't a great value, but I appreciate the service and attention I was given. "We used Lasting Impressions for our daughter Olivia's prom. I would just like to comment on the limo driver, sorry I can't remember his name. After an incident where one of the glasses he was setting up on the limo roof blew off, he cut his finger. We gave him a band aid and he said it was fine. Later that night upon his return I went out to see if everything went okay and the driver's finger was still bleeding. He probably should have went to get stitches earlier but he choose to continue on with the evening. I would like to commend the driver for his stellar customer service! Thank you for making our first limo rental experience a positive one! Would definately recommend this service to everyone we know!!! "
