"We ordered a party bus and a coach showed up. 30 kids very disappointed after their school dance. They refunded money, but wouldn't return my phone calls after a promise to "make it right." Chauffeur very nice and felt bad, but owner still has yet to call me back."

"This has been a nightmiere since the moment they picked us up! I called lexani to reserve this bus for the birthday party package and the first thing he said was that this website had wrong imformation. I therefore told him that I was not interested in doing buisness with him unless he was willing to honor the price online. he agreed, to the 456.00. i did not hear from them once until the night of my party. They then tolD us it was going to be 600.00 and something for the bus. we gave him 500 cash and said we would figure out the details the next day. He proceed to take my moms credit card for damages. i have called several times over the last 40 days to figure out all of the confusion. i have been iGnored, hung up on and never recieved a call back. my credit card i used to reserve this bus was charged 436.00 and today 40 days later my moms card was also charge 436.00 so now 1300.00 later they still are not returning any of our calls or providE us with a reciept as to why we have been charged soooo much. this company is shady and dishonest. RESERVE AT YOUR OWN RISK! "

Limo Service Response: "This is false. There were two prices quoted, one for a regular coach and one for a limo coach. The client confused the pricing. However, this passenger vomited in the vehicle which created another charge. What they are forgetting to mention is that the original card was refunded and the mothers was charged instead. The mother wanted the charges on her card instead. The mother was satisfied with the outcome once she knew the truth and had the pictures of the damage emailed to her. Thank you."

"Words cannot explain what a good time I had. The mega stretch Hummer was crazy. It was the most fun I have had. The driver was awesome, knew everything, cleaned the car and etc. The limo was what you see on tv. The price was outsdanding and the people in the office were the best to deal with. Will use you again! Thanks, John Gissel"
