"The ride itself was fine. The weeks leading up to the day was not. I wanted to treat myself and my husband to a stress free ride to the airport and home so booked with you. I entered the wrong flight # for the way home so your system canceled me. I tried to update on line, it failed. I called your number 7 times and was on hold for quite a long time each call. I did have one call back but when I tried to call that number back was put back to the overload number. Talked to a supervisor on the overload number who said he could not help me. I really don't understand the value of that number since all they do is take your info and cannot help you nor call you back. So I never got any confirmation for either pickup. The morning of the flight I was so stressed and tried yet again to confirm. Did receive a text with a number to call. I called the number and it went to voicemail. By then I had my sister ready to take us. The car showed up exactly at 930 so did ride to the airport. Coming back instead of having a lovely ride waiting for us we had to take an airport taxi. All the calls I made should have been recorded so please take a moment and review what took place."
