"Our driver was late over a 1/2 an hour to pick up our party. The speakers were not working in the party bus so he had to stop and buy a blue tooth speaker before he came to pick us up. I do commend the driver for thinking outside of the box and going to a store to buy the speaker. We were notified that he was running late but not the reason why. They did however discount the overall bill because he was late. Had they explained the issue we could have helped him as we had blue tooth speakers that would have worked. The driver was very kind and did a good job overall with our students."

"The only complaint is that the driver turned off the AC in 100-degree weather, assuming the fam would be sufficient. Very wrong assumption and obviously trying to conserve gas/$. Company should quote based on amenities offered, not cutting corners. "

"The vehicle was broken, he didn't know his way around, dropped us off both late and as far away from the entrance to where we going as possible, couldn't hear anything we said, features of the vehicle that I paid for weren't there, and overall the limo itself was the most terrible waist of money I have ever spent. There was no privacy, respect, or features that I paid good money for. I was and am still tempted to request a FULL refund from them and will be strongly advising anyone who wants to get a limo not to get it through them. (The customer care people for the company were amazing though)"

"International Limos of OC is an A+++ company! Our driver "Lewis' took good care of us. Sweet, nice, and professional. He kept us 12 crazy ladies on track for all of our events. He picked us up in Corona, took us to Temecula Wine Country, then to San Diego for a dinner show. He knew the 2 counties very well! I WILL be requesting him again soon. Michael in reservations is AWESOME! He went above and beyond. Last minute we needed a SUV not the Town Car...and he produce a bigger limo. This limo company is by far the BEST! Lewis cleaned our glasses, re-stocked the limo, and made the inside look as if it was our first time getting in. I know they have had bad reviews in the past, but do not let that distract you. I am using them for the Marine Corp Ball again soon. The rate was unreal for the high quaility service I received. Thank you Michael and Lewis! I highly recommed Int'l Limousines!"
