"The driver showed up late because he was on the other side of the building. He was pleasant but the car was not clean. It felt like it has not been cleaned in the inside for months. I sat in the front seat and seat belt was not working. Very unsafe. The driver was frequently at his cell phone, I do not know if it was his GPS or if he was checking messages. Again, the driver was pleasant but the experience was poor and unsafe. I will never use or recommend this company again."
