"The driver went to the DEPARTURES level of Delta terminal 4 and it took 10 calls and over an hour for him to find us, exactly where we'd said we'd be. His GPS was broken and we had to direct him all the way to our home in Stamford. By the way, it was over 90 degrees and we stood in the sun waiting for him for the hour. Not good."

"I will be sharing the same with the company, but I wanted you to be aware that my wife and I were picked up by a Mohammed S from Royal Choice at JFK yesterday around 4pm, and then were taken to our home in CT with a surprise stop at some restaurant so the driver could pick up his dinner, and then when we were dropped off the driver explicitly solicited us for a/an additional gratuity. Trying to explain to us that we needed to tip him in cash, or tell him how much we would like to add to our bill, and how this was customary for the company. I can't count how many times I've used limos.com and part of the reason I do is b/c it is explicitly stated that gratuity is included in our booked fare, and was confirmed on my receipt today. Now the drivers/companies need to be notified of the same so as not to put your guests in a very uncomfortable and awkward situation; furthermore, they should know not to take care of personal errands while driving passengers after getting off a 14 hour flight."

Our company will not tolerate such behavior from our drivers. They are not allowed to make any personal errands on or off duty in our vehicles. And the fact he solicited you for an additional gratuity that was paid for is uncalled for. Sir if you gave an extra gratuity because he pressured you please call my office and I will make this right.. my direct cell phone number is 917-364-3395.. "Very poor dirving skills with this driver, he was speeding to fast during this trip and a few times I was affraid we where going to hit another car. Very bad service."
Limo Service Response: " sir we just checked our gps tracking system in the vehicle that shows our vehicle traveling at a speed of 62 miles an hour and no abrupt braking or swerving toke place. Saying bad service because we could not come an hour early with 10 minutes notice is not right. Car was early. And clean. And water and were provided."

"Our driver was in front of our front door 30 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time. That was a great relief off our chest to know that the our ride was here. The car that the company sent was a black town car equipped with water and magazines for our use. We did get stuck in traffic but driver new side roads. our pick up at airport was really late and they were there. thanks to limos.com we found a great company to use for years to come."
