"Watch out for the extra charges they try to extract from you, I got charged a $45.00 waiting fee when in fact my flight was early!"

"Thank you for choosing our service! According to our chauffeur and GPS records we verified your reservation details. You were scheduled to arrive on a Delta flight 999 (on time) which our driver did greet . Two ladies identified to my driver and informed us that you were arriving not on the Delta flight but would be arriving on a Jet Blue flight about 30 minutes later. Our driver proceeded with the ladies to baggage assisted them with their luggage and at their request proceeded to the Jet Blue terminal to meet your flight. Our driver then proceeded into the other terminal providing a second meet and greet service for you. The total time of service from the first flight to the end of service was approximately two hours. When you request a service most companies allow for one flight per each transfer. The additional flight is why you were charged additional time. I hope that you will review your flight details and take this into consideration when posting your review. "The driver was waiting for us, was nicely dressed and managed our luggage for us (he organized a porter). The vehicle was a van rather than a sedan, but the driver explained that the car had a flat and they had to substitute at the last minute. There were no amenities in the van including water."
