Jack, our driver was very nice and took us around Sandusky. He was very patient and we made our reservations earlier than expected. "The driver was a half hour late, and I literally had to run through the terminal to make my flight (which had already boarded)! Moreover, the driver never even bothered to let me know that he was going to be late. Needless to say, I will not be using this service in the future."

"Planning a wedding? Please take my advice, when shopping for your wedding limousine. Don't make your decision solely based on price! I recently just had my wedding, I had booked our limousine 8 months in advance. The price was good, about 20% lower than most quotes i had been receiving. Two days prior to my wedding, the original limousine company calls to cancel. YES... 2 days before hand. Stating "We ran into some mechanical complications". So here i am, two days before my wedding with no limousine! I later find out, they over booked my reservation with someone else. I'm assuming they paid more than i did. I quickly go to the internet and i come across Safe and Reliable Limousine. I send them an email explaining my situation and needs. I'd say within in 2 minutes, I get a response back from their general manager Roger. " I'm so sorry for your situation, I can help you out, give me 5 minutes and i will contact you". Turns out, he was on vacation at Cedar point with his children. He contacts me with in the stated 5 minutes and 20 minutes later, all my fears were taken care of. Our wedding day arrives, my limo bus shows up. It was brand new and amazing. Our driver was professional and very well appointed. We had such a great day! I seriously couldn't have asked for more. I wish they would have been my 1st choice. But i know now, they will be my ONLY choice! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for limousine service. Thank you guys so much! "

"We decided to use a limo service at the last minute. It was actually approx 10:30 PM on a Sunday night for a Monday early afternoon pick-up service. Safe and Reliable had a good price and promptly responded via phone when I entered our request online. While the flight had over a hour delay getting from Philly to Cleveland, they were there waiting and ready to provide great service with a very nice looking late model limo for our party of 4. We will certainly use them again. Safe and Reliable Limo ....Thank you!"

"I had heard about Safe and Reliable on a locally syndicated radio talk show. Rovers morning glory. So i went to their website, looked at their limos. I went with a Crysler 300, with lamborghini doors. Was an incredible. The service was very prompt, met my every request. And was i picky. They made me feel like i was a star. The driver was very professional. Car looked immaculate. Even reserving the limo was a pleasant experience. I will definately recommend to all my friends and family. And i also pla nto use them again really soon. Thank you safe and reliable for the wonderful experience. i had heard horror stories about renting a limo in general and you definatley proved them all wrong! Thank you again"
