"Very disappointed in your service tonight 10/01/2011. This was to be a special night for a group of teenagers, that saved up their money for this Limo ride. The Limo arrived timely, however the back cabin had no A/C and no lights. The driver took 30 minutes of our time to try to jump the Limo battery and even had to borrow jumper cables from a neighbor. He still could not get it working. The group had to ride to the first destination with no A/C and lights and it was hot and uncomfortable. The driver told us that a new Limo or replacement battery would be taken care of while we were getting pictures done. Once they were done with pictures they could not enjoy the Limo again, due to no A/C or lights. So, they all had to stay outside till it was closer to the next destination time to leave. The driver did get the A/C and lights repaired by the time dinner was done, however only one side of the Limo cabin was working. Your driver was not very professional in handling these issue and did not introduce himself to the party or even open the door for them at arrivals and departures. I would think the driver should have checked for any problems with the Limo cabin area before even leaving to his destination. I would like to discuss this matter further. These kids deserved a fun night out and should have been able to enjoy there time in the Limo and they did not get that chance. Please contact me on how we can resolve this issue. "

"Summary: Billing -Terrible. Car service - acceptable. I booked a flat rate transfer from this company for $218.75. I received a confirmation from both Spacetime Limo and from Limos.com for this amount. So far so good. A few hours later I received a second confirmation from Spacetime Limo with a higher rate which included a $21.87 fuel charge. Fuel charge should be included in the flat rate, not added on so clearly this second confirmation was in error and an overcharge. I sent them an email protesting this second confirmation with the higher amount but they did not respond. After the job was complete and ater being billed the incorrect amount I contacted the company again and protested the $21.87. They then tried to claim there was $21.87 in parking and tolls. This is untrue. There were no tolls on the route and HOU airport does not charge a per trip parking fee. I made numerous attempts to resolve this with them but each time I mentiond the first confirmation I received with the correct amount, or the fact that there are no parking fees or tolls associated with my trip they would ignore those emails or answer back with confounding and irrelevent answers attempting to sidestep the issue. Rather than address their mistake and fix it they have made up lies to try and justify an overcharge. I will not be dealing with them again nor would I recommend a company that has poor ethics like this."

"I used Space Town Limo twice in a row for airport drives. The drivers and town cars were fine. However, both times they overcharged me. The booking via Limos.com was for $69.00, including gratuity (with $9.00 of that prepaid through Limos.com). However, at the conclusion of both rides, they presented me with a bill for $70.00 EXCLUDING gratuity and not taking into account that I had prepaid $9.00. This was a nightmare to try to sort out, the drivers felt ripped off (because I wasn't giving them gratuity), and the overbilling has yet to be rectified. I never had a problem with other Limos.com providers, and I strongly suggest you use a different company to avoid frustration and overbilling."

"Driver great, limo great. Company itself terrible! Quoted price of $325 for 5hrs an worked out reservations over phone with company. Told my deposit would $100, then charged $150. Let it slide cause it would come off the total amount anyway. Driver shows up we leave, when we reach final destinations late an missed our dinner reservations. The driver then shows me the balance to settle for the bill an price had risen a $125 an this was not for extra hours. Instead of arguing with driver I take it up with the company an was told that some of the charges could be reversed an that I would recieve a call the following day. No calls returned, no money refunded, just told I got a good rate an was blown off from there. I dont recommend anyone use their services due to poor management an total disregard for the customer. "
Limo Service Response: "Unfotunately, we can not be held liable for passengers delay. As This customer mentioned, Driver arrived on time, and serviced him great. Due to his passengers delay, they did not make dinner reservations, therefore went over their time, and he was not willing to pay, and wanted to negotiate the amount of time he went over, claiming we should not bill him since he already was doing a 5 hour service. We advised him we could not negotiate the number of hours billed. At that time he got upset. Nonetheless, he was billed correctly and fairly as done to any other customer. Not doing so would be considered theft, and we certainly value our customers business. "

"Spacetown Limo helped make my daughter's 16th birthday party a success! They arrived at my house on time (in Stafford) with a new 16-passenger stretch limo. We picked up all 15 friends at each person's house. And the look on her friends' faces was absolutely priceless when we pulled up in front of their house to pick them up. They couldn't believe they were going to ride in a limo! There was also time left to cruise past downtown Houston before dropping off all the friends at our house for a party. The driver was very courteous. I will recommend Spacetown Limo to all my friends."

"I kept my word that I would use Spacetown again, and I am still completely satisfied with their services. Limo was very clean and driver was eager to take me anywhere I wanted. Spacetown Limo's is a "must-use" for people confused as to which limo company to use. Great prices, nice people, and most importantly, no run-arounds. Thanks so much again!!!!"

"I browsed around for a few days trying to find a limo service for my parents 30th anniverdary. I first came upon Royal Carriage limos and the gave me a quote which confused the hell out of me. I asked for three hours and they sent a contract for 2 1/2 PLUS travel time which totalled 4 hours out of my pocket. I'm really glad to have came across Spacetown limo's because I only had 4 days left until my parent's anniversary. They beat Royal Carriage by a large amount!!! I paid for 4 hours and still saved money. Management was courteous and helpful, and our driver, Chris was eager to help me surprise my parents. Everything went perfectly as planned. I seriously plan to use their services again. THANKS!!!!!"

"The limo showed up 1 and 1/2 hours late costing me more money. The driver did not know his way around. The management would not return my call and offered no discount or refund. I would never use them again nor would I recommend to anyone. "

"I rented this limousine for my girlfriend on her birthday and the service was excellent. The limo was a nice 2005 lincoln towncar limo with black leather interior, lcd screens, cd player, dvd player, complimentary drinks, bottle of champagne, and a real friendly driver name Julian. We enjoyed the ride very much and hope to use their services in the future. Oscar, the owner, gave us a great rate as well. Highly recommenD this company. Ask for the 2005 Town car, you'll love it. "
