"Car did not arrive for a 6:15 pickup. I called at 6:20 and was told, after a short time on hold, that "this doesn't happen." I asked what the plan was and was told at 6:25 that the car should be there in 10 minutes-15 minutes max. This would put me 25 minutes behind schedule, so I called back at 6:35 and canceled the ride. I have used this service many times and have never had a complaint about anything. This incident surprised me, and I cannot risk another mistake. Very disappointed "
