"DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! We researched limos for a while because it was for our wedding and we didn't want to have any troubles. There were such great reviews we went with this company, BIG MISTAKE! We called to double check our reservations and they said to call back, we did and they said our limo we had reserved slid off the road the sunday before and they were waiting on a part, this was the DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING, that they decided to tell us this, not when it actually happened! They didn't call us back on Saturday like they said they would and they never showed up. We are still calling them trying to get our money back and they will not answer or return any of our phone calls. We don't wish this trouble on anyone else, so please do not go through this company!"
Limo Service Response: "We unfortunately experienced a situation with Ms. Baker's reserved limousine. Our staff followed proper proceedures with immidiate notification. We informed her of our efforts towards repair and possible "farm out" of the reservation. We also expressed that at the discounted rate it was unlikely that a competitior would accept the reservation. Although our company would provide an additional $200 to another company to cover any disparities in pricing. We further indicated that we would keep her in formed and she chould call at any time for updates if she desired. Although we regret the event happening, in no way did we plan for it to happen. Our staff properly engaged in trying to find a replacement Limousine to no avail. Parts were not available as planned by the repair facility and we certainly don't wish to blame them. Events were as they were. Staff is making the appropriate refunds and following proper proceedures in this regard. A free limousine in like time has been offered in addition. Or records indicate our comunications were proper. Again we regret the events as they have transpired. We take our business and the happiness of our guests very seriously. We wish it were different."

"Here's my story so far: I missed my flight this morning. I'm traveling from Daytona Beach Florida to Dayton Ohio with a transfer flight in Charlotte. When I arrived at the airport and found out I wouldn't make it onto the flight, I broke down. I was put on standby for the next flight out, the entire airport staff was beyond helpful. Next I realized I wouldn't make my reservation for the limo service. I called Limos.com and they said there was nothing available. I told them my situation, let's just say I have a very important question to ask a very special girl. LImos.com gave me Tri-state's phone number. Not only did they assure me that it would be ok, Tri-state chauffeured services called a driver in just to drive me. I am beyond relieved and almost stress free. In addition to the rescheduling, I was told that if I do not make it on the standby flight that they would have somebody there for me when I land. Tri-state chauffeured services has changed my miserable day into a very hopeful day of travel. Keep in mind I haven't even gotten on the first airplane; this is all before I used their services. Tri-State Chauffeured Services, You are a life saver!!!"

"Tri-State Chauffered Services rates 10 stars+ in my book. My experience was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. I hired Tri-State to transport myself and several passengers to an event 6 1/2 hours and 2 states away, and we needed to return after the event, which meant arriving home in the wee hours the next morning. The owner sent two absolutely wonderful drivers to accomodate our every need: both were very professional, courteous, gracious, and thoroughly knowledgeable of every detail of the trip. The wonderful experience on the trip was only topped by the very pleasant experience I had in arranging the trip with the owner, a consummate professional himself, whose manner is courteous, warm, patient, caring, and genuine. I believe the outstanding service and competitive pricing this company offers is a direct reflection of its owner, who seems to value his customers and the service he offers above simply "booking a trip and making a buck". I highly recommend this company, and will myself be a repeat customer. If you are looking for the best, you absolutely need look no further than Tri-State Chauffered Services!"

"Five stars is not enough for the good experience I had with this company. My mom had recently died and I needed to go back home to sign more papers. I had just been there for the funeral and did not look forward to a long trip again. I priced this company and was pleased with the compassion and care that they gave me. The drivers were very professional and well knowledged of the trip. All I needed to do was sit back and let them take care of it. I can not recommend this company enough. Please don't hesitate to use them..you will be glad you did."

"My friend, who uses a wheelchair, and I were taken to the Cincinnati Airport from Lexington. The trip was so easy and professionally done that I called from our cruise ship to arrange for the return trip. My friend who is unable to walk was assisted in every way. It made the beginning of our trip most pleasant and the return trip stress free. I highly recommend this company."

"I was planning a trip from Granville, OH, to a small town in MI, right on Lake Michigan, to meet 3 friends who were also coming from different locations. I have a bad back and use a cane, and was worried that all of the different means of transportation I would need to get me to MI would be very tiring. And I also was worried that everything would not work out as planned. When my son was visiting me, he went to the Internet to look up limousine services and found quite a few. He called the first five, and only two responded. He was impressed with talking to Tri-State Chauffeured Services and, after conferring with me, made the arrangements over the phone and gave them my VISA number. That is all I had to do!!! I did talk to Tri-State a few times on the phone, and they arrived 15 mins. early on the day of my departure. They took my dog to the nearby vet, and we were on our way to Michigan. I had so much room in the back seat to stretch my legs, water and ice within arm's length, two baskets filled with munchies and fruit, and a very nice driver who was both professional and friendly. We stopped whenever I asked him to stop, as I needed to stretch my legs and to use the restrooms. He helped me out of the car each time, which was quite nice. I arrived at my destination completely rested, eager to see my friends. The trip home, three days later was the same. The same driver came with the limo at exactly 9am, I had 2 baskets of food, ice and water, and a wonderful ride back to Ohio. We would have stopped to pick up the dog, but the vet was closed on Sunday. I not only want to recommend Tri-State Chauffeured Services very highly, but I urge people to use a limo service when they don't want to be stressed with dealing with other means of transportation. You make arrangements on the phone, a confirmation is sent via e-mail, the car and driver arrive, and you sit back and enjoy your ride. You have absolutely nothing else to do. The cost is split on two charges for VISA, so half will appear one month and the other half the following month. What could be simpler? The people at Tri-State were so nice to me that I would recommend them highly and urge you to consider using them on your next trip. You will be very pleased with their service!"

"I went with this company for my husband's 21st birthday. I was NOT disappointed. The drivers were early to pick us up and they were extremely courteous. The inside of the Limo was great. It had strobe and laser lights, a karaoke machine, and a stocked bar. There were 10 of us all together and we did not run out of glasses. We even brought someone on crutches along and they accommodated to his needs. They even matched a competitor's price, and their limo was much, much nicer. All in all it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I was more than satisfied with the way the evening played out, as were all the guests. And my husband had a wonderful 21st birthday thanks to the outstanding service provided by this company. My extreme gratitude goes out them. "

"Our service was amazing. We received the best service with our transportation needs. We traveled through Mt. Adams narrow roads with an extended limo and had no issues at all. Our drivers were extraordinary. They took care of a bunch or crazy women ready to have a great night and they kept us safe. The price was better than anyone around and the service we received was better than imagined. I will use this company time and time again. "

"These guys get an overall 10 stars from us!! We were celebrating birthdays and this year finally decided to get a limo, they took us wherever we decided to go, we were pretty crazy and the chaufer and his assistant were absoultely amazing even walked me to my door at the end of the evening! The price was great and I will def choose them the next time we decide to use a limo service!! They made our birthdays special we will never forget it!! Thanks you guys!!!! :-)"
