"Rip off. Reserved thru limos.com. Price was to include no charge for stops. Thier dispatcher said they where going to charge me anyway. Limos said they would fix it so I need to go thru the hassle of disputing with them. Car was not the car in the picture. Was way smaller. They also say the price includes t he gratuity. Driver said he was getting no gratuity from them. Totally bad news."
"The rate was pretty good, but the company substituted vehicles on us. We did not get the Lincoln Town Car that we had reserved, but rather an SUV. It was fine, but not what I ordered or wanted. I wish Limos.com had a box to check for "No substitution of vehicle.""
"It got us from A to B. Efficient and quick service.
The driver was not personable at all, barely acknowledged us and as my husband and I were talking quietly in the back seat, he cranked the radio up and I felt this was extremely rude. His driving was also erratic, and we almost hit a pedestrian when the driver made a dangerous run through an intersection - but I will concede, this is New York so its not that unusual that drivers are a little crazy."

Although I "heard" that billing overages were common, the receipt was "as billed", with no add-ons.

"Reserve this car for a friend, as she was in a rush and stressing to meet a airport on the holiday weekend. She was very pleased and that her stress was alleviated. Taxis are not always guaranteed on a holiday weekend to catch a flight, definitely use this service on future occasions."
"This was descent service - professional drivers and very clean cars. However, my first driver tried to charge me for Wait Time... I booked a car for 7:15 and was out looking for him (who was at the wrong address 1 block away) before 7:20 . He said he arrived at 7:00, but that is not my fault that he was there early and had to wait until my actual pick-up time. Now I am waiting to see how my final receipt reads (since Limos.com takes a week or so to process) - I hope "wait time" is not included since I refused to initial that box for the charge. Interesting enough, the next day, the next driver was not on time but was actually 10 minutes LATE. Guess I should charge them for wait time? As some advice, if you take longer than 7 minutes to get to the car, they will charge you wait time - good to know and book accordingly."

"As usual, a short phonecall when out of the plane and limo was outside 5mn after I got there. In other cities, the same service can be 3 times more expensive!! I appreciate the option you can buy to have the chauffeur waiting for you inside the terminal and will use during the winter! Will reserve UTOG everytime I fly to NY."
"I frequently use limo services and I have to say, I would not use U.T.O.G. Chauffeured Car Service again. I made the reservation online specifically to have the total price and conditions in print. My price quotes need to match my company budget allowances and must be presented together. First, I was informed that it does not matter what time my flight arrives, I simply need to call 718-361-1110 upon arrival at the airport to have a car sent. I called as soon as I exited from the plane and was put on hold. I went to baggage claim, retrieved my luggage and was waiting outside at La Guardia, the whole time on hold with O.T.O.G. I couldn't believe it, 22 minutes and then they told me I had to go LOOK for my driver, no sign with my name on it. Anyway, the driver was courteous and careful, but upon arrival at the hotel in Manhattan, he starts pumping me for more money. I told him I specifically reserved a car with a company that advertises "Pricing: Includes Gratuity!" (with an asterisk by the way) and the driver argued with me telling me that is wrong. It did not include tip or tolls and I owed an additional $12 more than the quote. It's not about the 12 bucks, it's about disclosure. I put "La Guardia to the address at the Hilton in Manhattan", they should quote tolls and tell their drivers that the tip is included and not molest their customers for more money. Just be honest about it, please!"
