Your customer service was excellent . The person I talked to made it easy and quick. Your phone service was the best I have had. The terms were fully explained. Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation but that was so easy and again the person took care of everything and there were no problems. Great job. I would book with you again.

The driver was on time and the car in excellent ocndition. My only complaint is I pre paid for an extra stop to pick up some electronics I had left at home. The driver forgot to stop and it was too late to circle back. I was not refunded the extra funds I pre paid for

Gerry Chavez from Gulf Coast Limo is the best I've interacted with in 35 years. He picked up my 90 year old father and not only got him back to his Florida home, he waited until he got inside and even offered to help him take the cover off Dads car which was in the carport. Then he called me to let me know Dad was home safe and sound. That's old fashioned service and I've shared that with everyone I know and suggested to everyone that they need to use Limo.com. The two drivers were wonderful- Dania was the day driver just starting the shift, and her partner, the night driver was just leaving his shift. He was so helpful in providing things to do and see in the area for my daughter who is a travel nurse in Sarasota. It was a very pleasant ride.

It was a Chrysler 300, not the Lincoln that was promised in the search results page on Limos.com. But it was in very good condition and the driver was friendly, helpful and kind. Very good experience.

Gulf Coast Limo was so helpful when I visited Florida on spring break with friends. Our driver, Steve, was there waiting for us when we got off the plane, helped load our luggage into the Escalade, and picked us up again at the end of the week. When I called midweek to switch our pick up time they were very accommodating and you can't beat the price!

I was thoroughly impressed with Gulf Coast Limousines. I do alot of travelling and have had many experiences with limo companies and this was one of the more positive experiences. When I called the night before to confirm, they let me know that I had made an error in the pickup time (pm vs am) and said that there was no problem changing it. The driver Dan called my cell while I was still on the tarmac to let me know he was there, where he was located and what he was driving (a very nice black escalade). He called again as I was just getting my bags to let me know that he had to move and where he was now. the conversation during the 30 minute drive was very personable. He delivered me to the correct location on time which really is the most important aspect. Excellent service, I will use this company again when in Tampa/St. Pete's area.

My friends hired a limousine from Gulf Coast Limos for my bachelorette party. The limo was gorgeous! It was stocked with everything we needed for our favorite cocktails and even had a selection of music my friends had picked ready to go! We had a wonderful time traveling to all of the Tampa Bay hot spots and the driver didn't even mind when we decided to leave a few of the places after only being there for a couple of minutes. The driver was super polite and friendly. He made sure we had an awesome time. I would use this company for all of my limo needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a good time and a responsible driver!

I had a death in the family. My mind was everywhere. I needed to get to the airport quickly to make it back home. I called a few places, but because of the holiday week, everyone was either too busy or way too expensive. I was already paying alot for airfare. Gulf Coast Limos was friendly over the phone, had the best rate I could find at the time and picked me up in a really nice Cadillac. The chauffeur was nicely dressed and very courteous. I felt like I was in a lap of luxury. I will definitely use your service again.

Gulf Coast Limos provided excellent services on my recent vacation. Both drivers were very professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable of the city and did not need any guidance. The vehicles were clean and in great condition as shown in the ordering materials. Both drivers were on. In fact, our late night flight arrived 45 minutes early and their system compensated by staying in touch with the airline and we did not have to wait on the driver. I would gladly refer the service to colleagues and friends. Once again, thanks for the great service! Alex

I hate leaving my car at the airport when I travel. I tried Gulf Coast Limos for the first time and I loved the service. The chauffeur was early, the car was clean and I didn't have to pay extra for parking at the airport. Thanks again, I will use you guys again soon!

Me and a few friends went to the Depeche Mode concert in a nice escalade limo. The chauffeur was at my house 15 minutes early and the limo was really nice and clean. We really liked how we could play our Depeche Mode dvd in the back going to the concert. I will definitely use these guys again!!

I had to get to the airport for an early morning flight. The chauffeur was there at least 15 min early. I had never been in a new Escalade before, it was really nice. He offered me water. Also, which I dont usually read the paper, there was the paper in the car too. I arrived at the airport for my flight safely. I had a great time just for that 30 min drive. Thanks Gulf Coast Limos

Amazing service. Received text messages w drivers name and phone number and service was prompt, professional and perfect. Reservations included tip but both drivers made our trips so relaxing and easy, we made sure to took care of them w a little extra. Definitely recommend and will use again!
