Driver was very nice and patience. The cruiser was nice, clean and presentable my guest were very pleased as I am. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

The limo was clean, and the driver was nice, but there was no red carpet when he arrived to pick up the bride and groom after their wedding. The only comment was 'There were a lot of weddings and only so many carpets'. Disappointing, since I had been told it would be there...

I ordered a limo for my daughter's sweet 16. I went sight unseen. The prices were unbelieveable compared to others with Lucky's range. My daughter only had 6 girls. They limo was very nice...driver was calm and not irriated (at least didn't show it) to the girls. We felt that they were very safe. I rented a limo last saturday for a party of eight, and the lady that took my reservation talked me into renting a limo that sat six people but she reasured me there would be plenty of room for a party of eight. Not only was there no room for eight but even a party of six would of been tight. The limo that we got looked like a dull towncar.. We were very very disappointed. I rented a lot of limos and this is the first time I was unpleased...

I was not actually in the vechicles persay, but all of our guest enjoyed it and had no problems with anything. The drivers were very nice and handled their business. Not sure how the grading goes on the stars but 5 stars to me is excellent. Couldn't ask for better.

We gathered 3 generations of our family to enjoy the Christmas lights in and around Portland. The comments we heard from our children were priceless as we went to the front of the line, (bypassing the 3 lines of cars that were waiting to enter the PIR light display). Our driver was terrific! She called me on Christmas Eve to confirm the location and to see if there were any last minute special requests. She arrived at the restaurant we chose for a meeting spot with holiday music playing. We were able to see the lights of Peacock lane, PIR and the Victorian Mansion all in the 3 hours. There was even a cooler filled with bottled water...
